Every high achiever needs constant reminders of their goals in order to succeed; in order to keep their focus on track.

Some people write a note on their computer, some place a post-it note on their bathroom mirror.

I have advised people for years to put an image of their goal on their fridge- whether that it the body shape you desire or a gold medal in your next triathlon.

Another way to surround yourself with constant reminders is to wear a T-shirt, hoodie, tank top with your message on it, or sip from a coffee mug at work with some reminder on it.

It really helps keep you accountable as it is something everyone sees and will talk to you about, so you better be living the dream or you will be called out on it.
